Please join us in welcoming Robert Ferguson and Neil Kendall to the Burlesque Hall of Fame Board of Directors. As members of the BHoF Board, Rob and Neil will help guide the museum over the coming years as we expand our programming, fundraising, collecting, and indeed, the physical space of the museum.
Rob Ferguson brings more than a decade of experience in fundraising and nonprofit management to the Board. Since completing his MBA at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2003, Rob has worked for leading organizations including The Johns Hopkins University, Maryland Institute College of Art, and City University of New York. He currently works in marketing at international professional services firm, KPMG, and is co-founder of Edison Projects, Inc., a creative services consulting organization.
Neil Kendall has been part of the BHoF community since he first came to Exotic World in 1990 as an English graduate working on a book. His association with BHoF continued via a long lasting friendship with Dixie Evans based on a shared passion for burlesque history. A true burlesque historian, Neil is best known today as a burlesque photographer and producer working internationally with some of the world’s most well-known performers. His work can be found online at neilkendall.com.
BHoF’s board currently consists of nine members drawn from across the burlesque community and beyond. As a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit, BHoF relies on its directors to provide both vision and oversight to assure the museum’s continued growth and sustainability.
We look forward to Rob and Neil’s contributions as board members and as part of the burlesque community.
