This workshop focuses on strength, technique and choreography for floorwork.
Designed to invite creativity this class will work on

• strengthening exercises for functional movement to and from the floor
• arm movement to increase the stability
• leg and arm placement
• flexibility exercises to increase the flow of movement
• storyline theory for creating a dynamic act with floorwork

Ily Royale w/Cheese is known for her improvisation skills and has more than 30 years of extensive dance training. She has been featured in Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly weekender and The Burlesque Hall of Fame’s Tease: A Burlesque Revue at The Space. She holds the titles for 1st Runner Up Golden Legend Champion ‘22 and The Master of Munchies in Colorado’s very own Mile High Burlesque Fest.
